What are cancellation terms?
Refundable: You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Instead, you will pay the full amount if you cancel in the 30 days before arrival. Each rate, offer and package is subject to different cancellation policies. Please check them as you make your reservation.
What time is check in and check out?
Check in is from 3 p.m.; check out by 11 a.m. If you want, on the day of departure, you can leave your luggage at the front desk and pick it up later.
How much is the tourist tax?
There is currently no tourist tax in Cagliari.
Do you have wi-fi connection?
Yes. we have free wireless internet in all rooms and common areas of the hotel.
Is breakfast included?
Check if the rate you have chosen includes it. In this case, breakfast is served from 8:15 am to 9:45 am.
In the summer months (June, July, August, September) it is served in the bright terrace overlooking the garden. At your disposal: tea, coffee, milk or juice, fragrant bread, cookies, cereals and yogurt, fruit as well as cold meats and cheese. You will also find typical Sardinian delicacies that will help you start your day in the best way.
In the remaining months, if the rate you have chosen provides for it, you can instead have breakfast inside the main apartment.
Are non-smoking rooms available?
All of our rooms and common areas are non-smoking.
Are the rooms equipped with air conditioning?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with hot and cold air conditioning.
Do you accommodate pets?
Upon request, we offer the possibility of staying with small animals. in this case there is an extra charge for special final cleaning.
